Who we are

Leasekeep is a product being developed by The Trustee for Top Notch Flooring Family Trust (ABN 70 532 187 220), Warragul, Victoria. Questions about your information can be sent to hello.leasekeep@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you join the founding list we collect what you type into the form: your first name if given, email address, state, how many rental properties you self-manage, how you track compliance now, and your answers to the pricing questions.

Why we collect it

• To email you when Leasekeep opens in your state, with your founding price.
• To understand what landlords need before we build the app.

We won't sell your details, share them with advertisers, or send you unrelated marketing. Every email we send will have a way to unsubscribe.

Where it's stored

Sign-ups are collected through Tally (tally.so), a form service that stores the responses on our behalf. The website is hosted by Netlify. Both may store data outside Australia.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details by emailing hello.leasekeep@gmail.com. We'll delete the founding list once it's no longer needed.
